Founder members keep their rate for the life of their subscription. Cancel anytime; rejoining later is at standard pricing.
A lead is a patient who completes the consultation form — name, email, phone, location, treatment interest. Leads are free: you're never charged for an enquiry. Your plan includes 150 smile simulations a month (a simulation = a patient generating their new smile), which covers normal practice traffic.
Paste one <script> tag before the closing </body> of your site. Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and any plain HTML site. Takes 5 minutes; your web developer or agency can do it without any training.
We rate-limit by IP (5 generations per day) and cap renders per practice per day, so automated traffic can't chew through your monthly simulation allowance — genuine patient demand is what uses it.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or in writing; you keep access until the end of your billing month. No long-term contract.
No. It is a marketing and patient-education tool. Every preview is clearly labelled as an AI simulation, not a clinical assessment or guaranteed outcome. The dentist remains responsible for all clinical decisions and any advertising claims arising from their use of the tool.
On encrypted UK/EU infrastructure. Selfies are processed once to generate the preview and deleted within the hour. Patient contact details are stored briefly on your behalf (we are your processor; you are the data controller — see our DPA at /legal/dpa) and delivered to your inbox.
No. Leads arrive in your email inbox in a clean format you can copy-paste into any CRM. CSV export from the dashboard is available for bulk import. A direct integration is on the roadmap.
The smile simulator is designed to use the uploaded image only to generate the smile preview, with clear privacy wording and a defined retention period. In other words, the image is being handled for one limited, stated purpose rather than being collected for broader or unclear use.
The submitted form details are personal data because they identify the person. The selfie is also personal data, but it only becomes special-category biometric data if it is used to uniquely identify someone; this widget uses the image to generate a smile preview, not for facial recognition or identity verification.
Yes — when used as intended. GDC guidance focuses on advertising being accurate, clear, and not likely to create unjustified expectations; ASA guidance is mainly concerned with misleading claims and exaggerated outcomes. The widget is built around both principles: it shows an illustrative preview with fixed disclaimers baked into the software, never a promised treatment result.
The uploaded image is kept only for the short time needed to generate and return the preview — about an hour — then it is deleted. The same retention is stated in the patient consent wording, our privacy notice, and the compliance page.
Yes. Major dental brands already use selfie-based smile simulation tools as part of patient enquiry and consultation journeys. Invisalign's SmileView describes itself as a computer-generated simulation and states that actual results may vary, and Aspen Dental's Smile Try-On similarly lets patients visualise how a new smile could look before booking or attending an appointment.
