Dental clinics are getting sued. If your enquiry form is sending patient data to ad platforms, you’re exposed. Check it.
Tracking code on your form page can pass what a patient types — name, contact details, the treatment they’re asking about — to Meta and Google. A medical enquiry, handed to an ad platform, without consent. That’s the claim. Aspen Dental settled theirs for more than $18 million.
How the scan works
The scan reads your public pages the way any visitor’s browser would — your homepage, the page carrying your enquiry form, and the published configuration of your tag containers. It never submits a form, never books an appointment, and never sends anything into your practice systems. Findings are statements about configuration — what your tags are set up to do — not about any individual visit.
Results are shown to you, for the site you entered, and aren’t published or browsable anywhere on this site.
